The Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association has requested a new and improved website, which needs to operate on several fronts. As a vehicle of publicity for the growing thoroughbred industry in the state the website has to provide data on the advantages of owning a farm and racing in the state and encourage new membership. To do so it must be colorful, exciting, changing and very up to date. Current members the site must provide interactive content needed for registration, participation in stakes races, LTBA run sales and other activities.
